Project summary: Elizabeth House is a £12.5m 13-storey new-build residential development, with 115 flats for affordable rent and private sale on behalf of Octavia Housing.

What we provided: The team worked on the façade of rainscreen cladding (a mix of terracotta tiles and aluminium cladding).
How we helped the client: The build took place during the 2012 Olympics which meant that there were restriction on travel. Our team ensured they worked effectively to limit the time required on site.
